Cinnamon Ricker; Hunter/Jumper and Beginning Dressage/Eventing Training
Cinnamon has been training horses since she was 12 years old. She began training her own clients in the early '90's. She has trained on the East Coast with renowned trainer, Debbie Schaffner. Cinnamon believes that riding is not about power but communication with the horse. She teaches all riders to be open-minded and creative. Her favorite horse is Lady, who has been with Cinnamon for 24 years. Lady is still active and currently teaching 6 year old kids how to sit a trot.

Valerie Williams; English and Hunter Jumper Training
Val grew up in Colorado and has been a resident trainer at Shiloh Farms for 18 years. She specializes in Equitation, Hunters and Jumpers. Val tailors her approach to each horse and rider allowing them to develop at their own pace. She trains kids, adults and horses to be successful together whether riding at home, the barn, or the show ring. Over the years she has trained many champion horses and riders. Val says, "Whether the success is in the show ring or on a trail ride, we take pride in all of our students; both two and four legged." Her equestrian training and assistance business, named Flat Irons Farm, continues to grow along with Shiloh Farms. Don't have a horse? Val has safe school horses for you to learn on!

Rachel Henley; All-around Western and English Hunt Seat

Rachel Henley; All-around Western and English Hunt Seat
Rachel is a well seasoned horse professional with 17 years of competitive showing, instructing and training horses. She is a certified John Lyons trainer. Training horses with a gentle condition response method. John Lyons training is applicable to all breeds of horses and all disciplines of riding. Rachel is also a Certified Instructor through the ARIA(American Riding Instructors Association). She believes in building a relationship with your horse, working as a team and having fun in the process. Her favorite horse was named Cisco who truly was an amazing friend sent from heaven. Rachel enjoys teaching students equitation and horsemanship patterns to challenge her riders.
